FAQ

Q. How long does it take for an order to process?

A. Processing time is 24 hours, products that are on hand will be available for same-day pickup or shipped on the following business day. (Mon-Fri)

Q. How long is the turnaround time for necklaces?

A. ICY Initial necklaces are mostly on hand. If your preferred letter is not available it takes about 7-14 business days to arrive. (not including weekends or holidays). Once your preferred letter is available, it will be shipped out.

Q. How long is shipping?

A. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority shipping (3-5 business days). If a package is returned for insufficient address or failure to pick up from the post office, you will have to pay an additional shipping cost.

Q. Refund & Cancellation Policy?

A. You may cancel your order at any time as long as your item(s) hasn't been shipped out and you'll receive a refund. I also offer exchanges if a problem occurs on my behalf such as broken or incorrect items. Every order is reviewed prior to packaging.
